I've been thinking about this for a while. This current generation of music fans don't relate to music in the same way that people in the 80's or even the 90's used to. It's hard to explain but listening to Whitney Houston's "Saving all my love for you" has helped me understand that that sort of music has almost outdated its credibility in the eyes and ears of many modern youths. It's a sad thing because the feeling and emotional context of these songs have everlasting meaning and application. Listening to Donna Summer or Diana Ross now may very easily be seen as a joke when played to a crowd. As music becomes more disposable, as does the feelings correlated within it.  Lil B prolly knows what I'm talking about.
